Going here was a bad experience. When I arrived, the tiny waiting room had 4 chairs and 11 people waiting. I followed the instructions in my confirmation e-mail and checked in using my phone. I checked in right on time for my 9:45 appointment. Once a seat became available, I sat down. If given the option to leave a no star review, I would. Hours were clearly stated online and on paper in their front window read Monday - Friday closing at 4:30pm. I called multiple times throughout the day to check if the hours were accurate and was unable to reach anyone on the phone. I stopped in at 3pm to verify the office was open and that the printed schedule in their window was up to date....and waited in the empty lobby looking at an empty reception desk. This place is not open at all. Hours on Google say they are but it seems the whole office is closed. When I called it went straight to a robot, and then to voice mail. Looking at other reviews it seems this place has been closed for a while for whatever reason. It’s extremely inconvenient and unprofessional to not do the bare minimum of updating hours, especially for a medical facility.

I showed up for my 11:30am appt and checked in. I received a message to wait for the technician in the waiting area. I sat for 30 minutes with no interaction. At 12:10pm I went to knock on the doors and no one was there. They closed at 12pm so I eft because no one was there so I am very angry. I was either ignored by the office or they were never open for my appointment time. Either way I wasted over an hour of my time driving to and from this location and I fasted 12 hours for nothing.
