I showed up for my 11:30am appt and checked in. I received a message to wait for the technician in the waiting area. I sat for 30 minutes with no interaction. At 12:10pm I went to knock on the doors and no one was there. They closed at 12pm so I eft because no one was there so I am very angry. I was either ignored by the office or they were never open for my appointment time. Either way I wasted over an hour of my time driving to and from this location and I fasted 12 hours for nothing.

I scheduled a 10-panel drug screen at this LabCorp location after confirming through their own system that the service was available. Everything was lined up — the appointment, the service, and my paperwork — all legit and by the book. When I arrived, the woman at the front, wearing glasses, aggressive attitude, immediately shut it down. She told me, “We don’t do that here,” with zero courtesy or explanation. I had a great experience! It was a warm greeting as soon as I walked in, and I felt comfortable! The staff was patient and quick, even when they were busy

Made an appointment, was nervous because the order was very large from my Dr and in my experience people have always had issues drawing my blood. It's always a long drawn out process. Needless to say I arrived to my appt, was greeted immediately and assisted within minutes. The gentleman who drew my blood was kind and it took him less than 5 seconds to find the vein, insert the needle and I felt nothing! It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end.
