Ordered expedited test results and lab was delayed in posting the results to my portal. I needed the results so my doctor could see them and properly prescribe the correct medicine. So I am here waiting for the results while not being properly medicated. Frustrating. Why offer expedited results and then don't deliver on that promise.
The gentleman who drew blood from my daughter was very nice with her and she didn't feel the needle at all. Great experience. Thank you! The lab was very clean as well and I was able to check in with my phone.
