Told me to come in on Monday but the office isn’t even open… NOW I seriously have nothing good to say about labcorp!
I came here to get blood drawn. It was so quick and easy with some really nice staff. I used to go somewhere else to draw blood, but my doctor recommended this Labcorp and I’m really glad I listened to him. I will definitely be coming back in the future if I need it.
Showed up at my appointment time just to be told to reschedule because they didn’t have enough time to run the tests that I my doctor ordered. Why does it not disclose on the website that you must come in before a certain time if you have multiple tests ordered? Complete waste of time and the person working at the desk was not willing to help me find an appointment time that works. Horrible. The worst I have been to.
Stopped here at 2:45 for a badly needed blood test. I said they were open till three but no one would answer the door and that was locked. Terrible customer service for a medical facility. Will do whatever I can to never go back.
