My appointment was set for 12:45. I showed up at 12:35, and they refused to let me in because the lady who runs it decided to shut down for lunch without notifying the patients. No notice was given and she left people waiting out in the scorching heat. This lady is an absolute monster.
Honestly I was concerned going into this location, with the previous bad reviews. But I had a GREAT experience and while yea, there’s not many people working there, they still are responsible and respectful. My appointment was at 8:15 and I checked in early. I wasn’t called for my blood draw until about 8:45 so I did have to wait past my appointment time. But I always expect a wait for any health appointment. Made an online appointment for 0800 on 7/18/2025. Received several emails/texts reminding/confirming the appointment, including one at 0730 the morning of the appointment. Went to the facility, and no one is there. Hours sign say open at 0700, but door is locked and lights are off. Wait until 0810, tried to call Labcorp, couldn't get through to anyone for 10+ minutes. Ended up leaving and going to a walk-in at the next closest collection site. Phlebotomist at other site said the Princess Dr location had been closed all week!... read more
Terrible! Long wait times, zero communication with patients. Doors locked during business hours. Waste of space. Save yourself the hassle and book labs elsewhere.
