I showed up early, had an appointment, and they still ran over an hour behind schedule, terrible customer service
I scheduled an appointment for today on their website but the facility is closed and no one bothered to call or email me to let me know they had closed down.

Really one of the worst places you can go. I've been here several times and have always been treated poorly. I go here because it is close to my house. The staff act like they are doing you a favor, even if you are very courteous to them. Today, I went at 2:15 (they close at 3) to get labs performed. The waiting room was 100% empty.
