Undate 2….. Over 3 WEEKS now and STILL waiting on the call back Cannot ever reach a person and if you leave a message, it will be ignored in the order it was received UPDATE….7 days later & 3 voicemails left later….nothing so the 3-5 days response is not true….zero stars
If there is an option to put 0 stars… that’s what this Labcorp location deserves. Hope the management will take some accountability and make the messy situation better for the community!!!
The service here is terrible. The registration process is extremely slow, and the woman at the front desk is very unfriendly. I do not recommend this place. They are very inefficient. They handle the service and collect the samples themselves
This location is very poor. I have been to this location several times, always hoping they would improve, but they have only gotten worse. My latest example - I checked in and waited close to an hour for someone to then call me to the desk and tell me they did not have an order from my doctor. Why did they not tell me when I checked in? They offer no help. Many older people struggle to use the kiosk that is required, while the person behind the desk does nothing. They refuse to help. Very, very poor customer service.
UPDATE Victoria must be gone....This place is no longer worth driving out of the way for. Last time I was there I ended up leaving without getting test. Now just as bad as alot of Labcorps...Going to see if there is alternative company to go. Failure of upper mgt I assume since most locations hv bad reviews.
