Appointments are not given priority. Waited an hour with an appointment. Watched others without appointments being taken in before me. Staff is rude.
To drop off a sample it takes 40mins, imagine if you were here for the blood drawn
This one doesn’t do workplace drug screening just FYI.
I visited this location today 8/18/26 and there was a Hispanic woman I believe working who was very rude to the elderly. They have a kiosk expecting elderly to check in and no one was at the front desk to manually check in those who are not tech savvy. She seemed to be a little irritated that one of the elderly ladies was having a hard time checking in and others in the waiting area decided to help her. This is very unacceptable and I will not return to this location again.
