La verdad estuve hoy con mi hijo de 6 años y quedé muy complacida con el servicio, Wanda realizó un excelente trabajo explicando y tranquilizando a mi hijo, creí que iba a ser una experiencia traumática para él pero gracias al excelente trabajo de la enfermera eso no fue así, logro extraer las pruebas necesarias sin llanto ni miedo alguno y mi hijo salió muy contento con un curita de crayón que le encantó en su brazo, ella manejo la situación de una manera admirable, mis respetos para esta trabajadora y su equipo. LEARN HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE
Undate 2….. Over 3 WEEKS now and STILL waiting on the call back Cannot ever reach a person and if you leave a message, it will be ignored in the order it was received UPDATE….7 days later & 3 voicemails left later….nothing so the 3-5 days response is not true….zero stars
If there is an option to put 0 stars… that’s what this Labcorp location deserves. Hope the management will take some accountability and make the messy situation better for the community!!!
The service here is terrible. The registration process is extremely slow, and the woman at the front desk is very unfriendly. I do not recommend this place. They are very inefficient. They handle the service and collect the samples themselves
