This was My family & I first experience at this location and it was PERFECT! Location was a VERY Beautiful, Professional, quick, clean and a warm family welcoming atmosphere . Ms. Wanda did an OUTSTANDING job multitasking between the front desk, halls and exam room and kept a smile the whole time. We will (MOST) definitely be back to this location even though it’s more distance in miles from our home.
Wanda was awesome. Probably the best phlebotomist we’ve encountered for any of our 4 kiddos. Her patience and professionalism really helped keep our son stay calm as she explained every step of the draw. Thanks Wanda!
The clinic was nice clean and quiet but I did not like the front desk lady. Not sure if she is black or Hispanic her overall disposition was very nasty she was not at front desk and when she finally came to greet me I tried to explain what I was here for and she just directed me to the check in station very dismissive very rude and this is my first experience. I just had a major surgery 8 days ago, I left the dr. After having complications and was feeling awful. Didn't wait long at all, and Wanda helped me at the counter and took my blood and I didn't hardly feel it at all. I saw the other reviews and couldn't believe any of that could even be true. She was extremely nice! We had a lot in common. I could have talked to her all day. Had an appointment on 02/18/2026. Employee at check-in was very resistant to helping all incoming customers. All customers were being forced to electronically check-in at kisok where payment system was not working- or client/patients were told they could not be helped. Many elderly patients are not electronically-tech savvy. This employee turned me away that they did not have an order from my doctors office. I offered to clear this up by calling my doctors office, but she said, I lost my appointment because I wasn't ready. O... read more
