Tisha at the front is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever interacted with. I had made an appointment online for a pre employment drug screening but they said the appointment was for lab work (even though I never specified what the appointment was for when I made it.) I was told they stop doing drug screenings at 3:30 and I wouldn’t be seen. Tisha was rude and had no compassion for the situation and blew me off the whole time. Very unorganized & inconvenient location.
I’ve got to say that this place was a really good experience everybody there was helpful and the nurse that took my blood did a phenomenal job. Other than the wait time which I expected, I was super happy.
