Took forever. They were just sitting in the back talking while 7 people waited.
I had tests order and was told they needed to be done by 8 because they were time sensitive due to the medicine i had to take before. I was also told I didn't need to make an appointment. I arrived at 7:43. I let the lady at the desk know my test was told and needed to be done by 8 which it was 8:01. She asked if I had an appt, I told hey know the doctor said i downy need one. Apparently to drop something off you have to do 20 questions and then WAIT for everyone else to be serviced first… it’s a bag… seriously? Also, what’s with the absolute fail on the English on the sign? “You may the right”? What in the world is that supposed to mean???
Ladys at the front desk are so rude! I do not recommend
Long wait times, printer equipment failures causing delays, took 3 weeks to get results and they only did 3 out of the 11 blood tests ordered so now I have to go back again after I’ve already paid out of pocket for these tests. Update to a 4: I returned for the missing labs to find out that it was my doctor that missed sending the correct lab request. I called my doctor and asked for them to be sent to me directly. My MD then directly sent me the request with Quest codes instead of Labcorp codes so Labcorp took the extra tim... read more
