Short wait, I barely felt the needle stick. Tv in the lobby was LOUD.
Staff is very nice and checkin was easy. Question the BP equipment. It showed my BP much higher than the equipment at my dr's office the very next day. May need to check the equipment.
Easily the worst customer service I’ve had in years. The website states walk in appointments welcome. I drive 20 minutes there to be told to come back after 2:30. I come back when they told me to and they were done taking clients for the day. Everyone was rude, obnoxious and as unprofessional as I could imagine
I was apprehensive after reading reviews but I thought this place was good. Front desk was helpful and phlebotomist (Sharnell, I believe?) was super. She listened when I told her I have puny veins and that I do best with butterfly for draws, and it was smooth and virtually painless. Plus, she’s a cheerful person and that always helps.
