Natalie, at the front desk, was personable and inviting when I arrived today. She attended to my needs in a timely fashion. Natalie was warm and friendly, and I felt at home. The nice young lady who drew my blood was Avery (I think that is her name). She put me at ease with her educational information and serene presence. I felt very comfortable today. These ladies made my day. Thank you both. -Robin G-
Stood in the office for an hour due to lack of seating. I was attempting to finish a pre employment drug screen, should have taken no longer than 10 minutes from start to finish. Other people walked in, were seen, and discharged before me. Staff had kept pushing appointment patients ahead of me without communicating this, so I was left to stand with no idea of how long this would take. Zero consideration for patients' time.
