I have been coming here for years; I always go to the branch off of Copperfield in Concord. I’ve never had a wait, the staff is always super friendly and even though I’m more of a difficult stick (when it comes to my drawing blood) they never have an issue and always do the best job. Today I had RJ, and he was a pleasure! Can’t recommend this facility enough!
The person at the front desk does not greet you at all! He wasn’t at his seat when I arrived, then when he did show up he didn’t even look at me just said how can I help you? When I answered he told me to go check in still without even looking at me. He spoke to this Hispanic man in a very condescending tone and like he was 2 years old. This happened today at around 8:30 am so this way the company can know exactly who the rude employee was. Natalie, at the front desk, was personable and inviting when I arrived today. She attended to my needs in a timely fashion. Natalie was warm and friendly, and I felt at home. The nice young lady who drew my blood was Avery (I think that is her name). She put me at ease with her educational information and serene presence. I felt very comfortable today.
