I have two little girls, an infant and a toddler that needed blood work. As soon as we got to LabCorp in the North Miami location the girls weren't greeted by the staff they just asked me to place them in my lap and two nurses went straight to hold the baby and put the needle of course my little girl freaked out and started crying so I asked to let her go to try to calm her down, they did not try to make her feel comfortable, nor play with her nothing.. The door entering leading directly into the waiting area for the lab is dirty. It does not give you a secure feeling that you are in a clean environment for a medical facilty. I have bad veins and expect problems. I have never had this many sticks by one tech. The first tech stuck me 4 times, got some blood, however, it was not enough. She turned me over to another venipuncturist. That tech stuck me twice.and finally was able to get the required amount.
