This is the most pleasant lab experience I've had, that I can remember. The staff was actually nice and respectful. I was there as a walk in for my teenage daughter. It was fast and comfortable!!
Went to the Allen, TX location for lab work. The front desk lady was first rude to an older couple ahead of me. Then she was extremely condescending when she was helping me after checking in. I actually work at the front desk for a medical practice with 6 doctors. If any of our front desk employees had treated our patients the way she did, we would have definitely been reprimanded and written up! The phlebotomist was great, though. She was friendly and professional.
I got a completely different test to what I needed. Rude nurses, no empathy with sensitive people. I do not recommend this place.
