Rude staff, walked away without speaking to me. Overbooked and packed waiting area
Why am I being billed $700 for simple blood work?? The nurse who drew my blood was very nice…the front desk not so much and she had an attitude.
They are the rudest most disrespectful employees. The old grey hair lady needs another job.
I just want to say thank you to Michele.She is the best phlebotomist in the USA! I have the worst veins and she was able to draw blood on the first poke. Very friendly and professional and the office was clean and well organized. Not sure if this place is under new management but everyone was nice including the lady at the front desk. This will be the only place that I get blood work done moving forward.
