I hate this lab! Its always disorganized & they insist on you using the kiosk to sign in and it NEVER WORKS properly. I'd rather go completely out my way to avoid labcorp in general. Like why even make a. Appt? Ive NEVER been called within an acceptable wait time to be seen. This is the last time I'm inconveniencing myself with this BS LAB THEIR PRACTICE MODEL SUCKS!
I’ve had blood drawn quite a bit at this LabCorp recently. Things I’ve noticed and want to share: - what’s the point of allowing walk-in’s? I’ve been a walk-in 2x right when they open (first 3-5 people) and have waited over an hour both times. Maybe go to appointment only. - knowing the above, I’ve made appointments for my next two visits. Same story as above where I’m waiting close to an hour. There’s no respect for humans time here. Everything else was good except for the student phlebotomist who had started to draw blood from me, she hurt my vein. I couldn't use my left hand well for the entire day. The punctured area left a bruise and that never happens when I get blood drawn.
We were booked for 10:00, at 10:40 they just called us so they wouldn't find our doctor's referral.
