Unfortunately, the phlebotomist that took my blood did the exact opposite of what I asked I get woozy I brought a snack it’s uncomfortable. Nobody likes to do it, but I asked her not to squeeze my arm to make the blood come out faster and she was doing it while I was asking her not to saying oh OK OK I said please be patient she’s like yeah uh-huh and I said I don’t want have a bruise. Avoid Labcorp, if you are in Dallas use Baylor Scott, most results are available within 24 hours whereas lab corp is super slow and very inefficient
I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing w Tracy who wanted me to reschedule for a $10 past bill I asked her to bill me for it but she refused to give me service when I have health issues and really needed my labs. If not giving a damn is a person it’s definitely Tracy. One day she may find herself in the same situation. They should get rid of her, she’s the worst!
Very unprofessional. Only came here because it’s where my insurance recommended. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get on the phone, and even when u leave a message, they don’t return calls. Would highly recommend going ANYWHERE but this location.
