Called every extension at LabCorp in Allen to talk to someone. Left a message at 8am and 1 at 2:00pm. No one called me back for my urgent question to be answered. I finally pushed the provider number and in the middle of my sentence the woman blindly transferred me to an 800 number and I have now held on this line for 15 minutes and I bet they cant answer my question because it is related to the 1 location i need to leave my specimen. So frustrating.
Great experience here. There are 2 kiosks available, which made check-in easy and quick. The ladies at the front desk were nice and the lady who drew my labs was fast and nice. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
I had such a great experience at Labcorp in Allen! Everyone was so friendly and kind, and the facility was very clean. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! The staff were respectful and professional, unlike some other locations I’ve been to. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at Labcorp. I would definitely return here if I ever need to go back!
Rude front office staff who cannot clearly communicate instructions. Waited over 20 minutes AFTER scheduled appointment to be called back for the draw. How does a company like this stay in business? Quest is way better!
I was a bit scared after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was great! The staff were super quick, gentle, and professional. The whole process was smooth and over before I knew it. Definitely a positive experience for walk in!
