I had a very poor experience having my blood drawn at LabCorp with Michelle. Her bedside manner was extremely robotic and dismissive. There was no greeting or acknowledgment of me as a person before beginning the blood draw. I specifically tried to explain that I panic easily with needles and that I needed her to tell me when she was removing the needle. Front office staff is rude and not helpful and speaks in a condescending tone. I had questions about the estimate of insurance related expense paper they wanted my young adult daughter to sign and did not explain the form in a way she could understand. When trying to get clarification front office staff sounded annoyed. There is absolutely no customer service here and no empathy to patients who are not familiar with the medical/ health insurance sysyem.

I made a same day appointment and I was in and out in 9 minutes. Everyone was friendly and it was a barely feel it poke. :)

I’m 42 and have lived in multiple countries, and this was honestly the first time ever that I had absolutely no discomfort in my arm after blood work. Not even the slightest inconvenience! The phlebotomist did a fantastic job and was incredibly skilled. I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but for reference, I visited on August 17, 2026, with a 4:30 PM appointment, was called around 5:00 PM, and was in Room 2.
