I just want to say thank you to Michele.She is the best phlebotomist in the USA! I have the worst veins and she was able to draw blood on the first poke. Very friendly and professional and the office was clean and well organized. Not sure if this place is under new management but everyone was nice including the lady at the front desk. This will be the only place that I get blood work done moving forward.

My husband and I ordered/made the appointment/paid via LabCorp’s website. We both received the order confirmations, but after we checked in, the helper at the front desk, Nichole, could not find my name and record in their system, even though I have all the information with me, however, she was able to find my husband’s. “You have to call them to find out what’s going on because we do not have your record and there’s nothing we could do” she said. The location is Clean and organized. Kathy is a star. She was so patient with me and answered all my questions around paperwork. Such a breath of relief after my nightmare experience at the frisco location.

I wouldn't recommend. Although Phlebotomist was professional, efficient, and polite, the receptionist was not.
