This was the nicest Labcorp I have ever been to. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole process went smooth! This will be my new Labcorp from now on. Thank you ladies for such a great visit! 🥰
Their system was down. Without a printed order, everyone was turned away.
I asked the receptionist if they would be able to get me in quickly for a walk-in. Her answer was unfriendly and unclear. Then, the lab tech asked me a sensitive question through the check-in window where the whole waiting room could overhear. I said "I wish you hadn't yelled that out." She answered "well, I can't whisper." I said "No, but you could have called me up to the window so you could lower your volume." I won't return to this location.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing w Tracy who wanted me to reschedule for a $10 past bill I asked her to bill me for it but she refused to give me service when I have chronic kidney disease. If not giving a damn is a person it’s definitely Tracy. One day she may find herself in the same situation. They should get rid of her, she’s the worst!
