Not sure why the low reviews so I want to give them a well deserved 5 star. Phlebotomist Steven was excellent, kind and professional, and I have issues with blood draw so I was very grateful for his expertise. I was a walk in on a Friday afternoon, check in was super easy/efficient and the wait was at most, 15 minutes. Quest couldn’t give me an appointment for 5 days, even though they strongly recommend one, so I didn’t bother to go there as a walk in. I Highly recommend Lab Corp, at least the one Allen. They deserve negative 10 stars.This happened 7/17/2026 when I wet to my appointment at 9:45 .They ask you to check in using the kiosk. The kiosk requires your DL. The kiosk instructs you to wait WHEREVER you like , but requires your phone number so that they text you when they are ready for you. I did all that . The waiting rm was full all seats taken, I waited in the hallway . 15 min past my appt I went in to ask about the wait time. the lady in there says, I already called your name and you were not here! Very rude front desk lady. She gave me an attitude when I asked for insurance clarification question. The phlebotomist is great tho.
