I asked the receptionist if they would be able to get me in quickly for a walk-in. Her answer was unfriendly and unclear. Then, the lab tech asked me a sensitive question through the check-in window where the whole waiting room could overhear. I said "I wish you hadn't yelled that out." She answered "well, I can't whisper." I said "No, but you could have called me up to the window so you could lower your volume." I won't return to this location.
I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing w Tracy who wanted me to reschedule for a $10 past bill I asked her to bill me for it but she refused to give me service when I have chronic kidney disease. If not giving a damn is a person it’s definitely Tracy. One day she may find herself in the same situation. They should get rid of her, she’s the worst!
This is seriously the best LabCorp I’ve been to. Our appointment was super quick and easy. Kathy at the front desk was very sweet and helpful and the phlebotomist was very patient and efficient with my adolescent. This was the easiest visit I’ve ever had to have lab work done. Thanks!!
Terrible service. Second time here. Last time waited an hour to get my blood work. this time the machine they use did not work properly and I waited an hour and then asked if they had me in the system. they saie no. I left and will not be back. Worst service ever!!~!
