Last month I had to bring my child in for some blood work. We had to go back again this morning. The waiting room was full, no open seats and as busy as it seemed we were greeted with a smile by Ebony who happened to remember us from a month ago. No one wants to have blood work first thing on a Saturday morning but when you’re greeted with the warmth from Ebony’s smile and pleasant demeanor it makes a child more comfortable and at easy. Thank you, Ebony!
