My family member came for a blood and UA. The line was really long and it was really cramped. They took both blood and urine from them, but never sent in the urine for analysis. This was really disruptive for their care

Could have been better, but I feel like going for one star is too mean. I tried to sign in thru the express kiosk, but I was informed that they didn’t have my doctor’s orders. I called my doctor’s office who then confirmed that they sent the script to Labcorp. I just ended up having my Dr. email the script to me. Anyway, there was also pee on top of the toilet (how you manage that, I don’t know). And there were no sanitizing wipes in the bathroom. It felt sorta weird having to carry around the cup. Avoid if you can. It is a convenient location but the positives end there. Extremely dirty (both the office and staff uniforms) and incompetent technicians. To start, the South-Asian lady who drew my blood did not change gloves. I have never been stabbed as hard -- constant acute pain throughout the procedure and a huge bruise plus sensitivity the day after. The owners keep saying investigating, but from all the reviews, seems this has been going on for years.

Very pleasant and smooth experience. Wait wasn't long. Woman at check in nice and efficient. My veins are not easiest, and I usually give two chances in each arm with the butterfly. The tech needed 1 shot. Got it 1st try. I assumed she had been doing it for many years, and I asked her and was pleasantly surprised when she said about eight or nine months. Not a fun thing to do, but it was stress free
