Had a 7am appointment scheduled a week in advance. Sat in the waiting room till 8am. They apparently "didn't know" I had an appointment and were bumping me down the list. Finally they apologized but it was took late, I had to leave without being seen.
I went to this location this morning and had blood work done. I just want to say that Maggie, who was registering the patients, and Theresa, who took my blood, were adorable. They were super pleasant and perfessional. It was a pleasant experience, in and out in little time. Thanks ladies!!!
Don’t come here unless you want to wait hours due to lack of staff ! One phlebotomist, one person at desk , nowhere for people to even sit down !
