Girlfriend came here for bloodwork and asked her phlebotomist to do the draw in her hand. The phlebotomist then proceeded to roll her eyes and use too big of a needle to try and get in her hand, saying "You don't even have anything in your hand". My girlfriend then informed her that she always gets bloodwork in her hands. The first phlebotomist then storms off and gets someone else. Ok. Google first activity duo. I have complained about her before. She had been rude to someone right in front of a whole bunch of other people and was absolutely ignorant about it. When she was definitely the one in the wrong.
I did NOT want to leave this review. I am the most considerate/mindful man, you will ever meet…and that must be the problem. No one, seems to be considerate of others, and/Or empathetic -to them. Of course, I’m speaking of the workplace environment, and the dynamic between clients/customers & employees/staff/mgmt, of these workplaces. I make an appt for 7:30am, to get my lab work done today. I made this appt 2-3 weeks ago. Why not just “walk-In” my familia says. Sure. Ok. And then you have what I encountered at the lab this ... read more
