Horrible experience. I truly hope this place hires more knowledgeable and properly trained staff. The person taking blood didn’t wear gloves, touched multiple surfaces, and clearly lacked basic technique — my child was left injured after the blood draw. When I voiced my concern, I was given unprofessional and nonsensical excuses instead of accountability. I’m extremely upset and disappointed. For your own safety and your child’s, please avoid this place.
Went there with my two kids for their blood and urine tests. The urine sample of my son(6yrs) were lost. The results indicated: "Test not performed. Patient was unable to provide self-collected specimen for requested testing" which is a NONSENSE because I was WITH him in the bathroom and helped him pee in the cup that was 3/4 full(more than enough). Quick & clean
Most of the time excellent. Today a horror show. Last Thursday or Friday went to Labcorp with orders for bloodwork. Put my drivers license upside down it clicked,. ; as the lady recognized me as it clicked, I don’t remember if I took my drivers license and put it in my license in my wallet. Since then have looked a high and low for it to no avail, went back with my daughter today; explained to a lady behind the desk my situation.
