Janice was absolutely AMAZING! She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I usually dread getting my blood drawn because I typically faint. She was so quick and accurate and distracted me by talking to me. I didn’t feel a thing and she got my vein her very first try. Her bedside manner was wonderful and I left feeling great and now no longer dread getting blood work done!
I had a great experience with one woman who was working there all alone and going through each person waiting (it was a large amount of people first thing in the morning) and she flew through them very fast, but also with great great kindness despite being completely over worked. She remembered my daughter I brought to my last bloodwork appointment and gave me a little toy to bring back for her because she literally is just the sweetest lady ever.
Excellent staff very friendly and professional in and out very quickly
