Wanted to leave something positive since everyone else recently has been quite negative. Everyone I interacted with was perfectly nice and it was incredibly efficient. I had a 2:45 appt for a drug screen and I was out by 2:55. The location was clean. Perfectly normal experience.
Unsure why they have appointment time slots, I was seen 45 minutes after my time. My honest opinion is either go in early as a walk-in, or expect your appointment time to most likely be a lie. The staff were competent, but give me the unplanned 45 minute wait time.
I am reporting them to the BBB today after what happened. The entire office - that normally has multiple employee - was closed an hour + after they were supposed to be open. Multiple people with appointments showed up not knowing what to do, seeing it closed and dark, and leaving. Everyone quite upset. At the very least post a notice on the door, better yet call or email everyone that the office is inexplicably shut. Terrible place. Nasty customer service. They refuse to provide a quick blood draw at 430 even if the closure time is 5pm. They just lock the door at 430 and don’t even bother giving an explanation.
Thought I would leave this positive review since there appear to be many negative ones. I stopped in at 8 am when they opened, walk in appointment with some tests I ordered the previous evening. Was out within the hour even though there were many other people. Positive experience.
