Terrible place. Nasty customer service. They refuse to provide a quick blood draw at 430 even if the closure time is 5pm. They just lock the door at 430 and don’t even bother giving an explanation.
Thought I would leave this positive review since there appear to be many negative ones. I stopped in at 8 am when they opened, walk in appointment with some tests I ordered the previous evening. Was out within the hour even though there were many other people. Positive experience.
Their waiting room processes are clunky, inefficient and dehumanizing. Their corporate policies of requiring a credit card before doing tests are annoying… I don’t want LabCorp to store my credit card, but they won’t do tests without it. The receptionist repeatedly told me that they don’t store my credit card number , despite obviously storing it since they won’t bill it until insurance makes a decision. Overall, recommend going elsewhere if you have options.
