I had a disappointing experience at LabCorp today. From the moment I arrived, communication was difficult — the front desk staff kept the window closed while speaking, which made it hard to hear or understand what was being said. Wish I had read and listened to other reviews. I have worked in direct patient care for a decade. The bedside manner and communication skills of at least one of employees today was unhelpful and uncaring at best, and over- the -top patronizing at worst.

I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The receptionist here was incredibly rude, lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional. Almost all reviews for the past several months have been complaining about her and clearly management does not care. I came in with two printed lab orders and scanned both at the self-check in. They made me pay, took my blood, and then gave me a take home stool kit. i forgot to bring in printed lab orders and wasn’t sure of the process but the staff were nice enough to answer my questions and redirect me. the phlebotomist kept checking in with me if i was okay when they had to draw multiple vials. however, regardless of whose fault this was, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK to make sure the right tests are being done otherwise you’ll have to scramble last minute like i have had to. they performed the wrong test on me and i didn’t find out until i got the results back.
