Super smooth experience, really friendly staff.
A lady was rude. I apologized to the lady and told her I forgot where she said to put my specimen and she raised her voice at me and said " I TOLD YOU TO PUT IT ON THE NAPKIN BY THE COMPUTER REMEMBER?!?" . She also rolled her eyes. I was doing everything I could to keep my composure and bit my tongue. I got my stuff and didn't say goodbye or anything and just left. The staff needs to be re trained on professionalism. I won't ever come back to this location for anything if I'm ever required to deal with labcorp.
I had a great experience here. I walked in, they had all of my paperwork already, and I was out the door in under 15 minutes.
I hope one day I can achieve the level of uncaring that these check in employees have. I sure hope they aren’t paid too well because they don’t work. Unsure about the phlebotomists themselves because in the 2 times I’ve been here I haven’t made it back to them.
I was worried after reading some of the reviews here but my experience was great today. I had an appointment, walked in 10 minutes early, checked in easily, was seen by a friendly front desk member (sounds like I avoided others named in other reviews!) and was called back promptly. Staff did a good job of explaining who was going back in what order to the folks in the waiting room, assisting those checking in, etc. Woman who drew my blood was very kind and helpful.
