REVIEW for Labcorp at Duke Medical Plaza Patterson; I had an 8:00am time sensitive blood draw appointment (for cortisol). I arrived at 7:55 am and there was a long line at the door. The doors were locked and nobody was in the office. The employee arrived to the office at 8:15am (WED 4/16/25). Once the doors were unlocked, I spoke to the employee at the desk and explained my situation and that it was time sensitive. She said, “I am waiting for the computer to boot”. Went there this am for blood work. I was concerned because of all the poor reviews. But here's what I found: It's in a great location, nice new, clean building in a shopping center near HomeDepot. Check in was easy, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. There was a clean restroom down the hall. I was seen on time. The technician who drew my blood used sterile technique and did a good job. Parking was free and fairly plentiful. I would go back. Fear not.

Came in from out of town and needed labs as a walk in. Waited 10 mins. Labs done and didn't hurt. Abby and the lady at the front desk were very nice. Abby was cheerful and pleasant. I'd definitely return.
