With appointment in and out
They are really bad !! They take people who comes after you !! And the wait is for like 1-2 hours even if there are only 1 or 2 people 🤯🤯
The staff took me in as a walk in and I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. Both clinicians were kind and professional. I had a great conversation with one phlebitomist in particular who made me feel like I was at home. It was the perfect experience.
This is my go to for bloodwork. Usually get blood drawn by 1 of the ladies but this time Manny performed the draw. He is professional, kind and really goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. He is very sweet & respectful!
I have to give a shout out to Luz at the Amboy road location on Staten Island! She is amazing always gets my blood in one stick. Any time I’m at the lab which is often and I ask for her to draw my blood she always does. She is Polite, friendly, and professional. I do like all the staff, they are very nice, she just makes me feel like family. The location is convenient for me and parking is easy. I love the fast turn around for results and the portal is great. Keep up the great work labcorp!
