Got yelled by the front desk for checking in at the window instead of the express checkin machine because i had certain issues and concerns.
Worse place to take drug test!!! Waiting more than 2.5 hours.
Simply not professional at all!!!! Very rude and not professional at all!! No consideration at all, I don’t know how any of them have a job. They shouldn’t be allowed to work anywhere. I had an appointment and didn’t get seen until a hour and a half later! They were rude then I questioned it and I feel like none of them should have a job dealing with human interaction coming from someone who deals with people all the time! Place should be shut down!
So, I went into LabCorp at 4434 Amboy Rd, 2nd Floor, Staten Island today for some routine blood work—fully expecting a headache after reading a bunch of bad reviews. People were complaining about long waits, dismissive staff, bruises from needles… basically everything you hope to avoid when going in for a simple test .
