The Workers in the Office are so rude and keep you waiting
I just want to share what a wonderful experience I had today. Lab tech Luce (sorry not sure on spelling) was AMAZING. I have never had anyone take my blood so quickly and painlessly. She was absolutely amazing. My entire experience from check in to leaving was perfect. Very happy. Thank you Labcorp!!!
The best bloodwork experience ever. I have issues with giving blood because it causes nausea and dizziness. I always am very nervous about it. For the first time I experienced nothing bad, thanks to an amazing nurse, Marcela. She is very professional and she knows what she is doing. Thank you!
Very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude behavior. They treat you like you are not human at all and they are the SuperHumans. Very very disrespectful behavior on all spots. Front desk, phlebotomist, every one rude and disrespectful. I wish i could give them negative feedback
I wish I can leave 0 Star. went to test in the Amboy Road site and then two days later got another leb in seaview hospital. total different result. Called their customer service, No apology,, not saying they will redo it. just repeating they will send doctor requests to redo the test. Are you kidding me? you get more business by the wrong results and possibly patient has to pay for it? Really, no bother. There's no next time for you
