One of the best blood labs I've ever been to, clean, fast spot on
Check in was so simple online, and we were seen right at our appointment time. The phlebotomist today was amazing with my young son! She explained each step of the process and had such a calm, friendly energy. Thank you so much.
The Tecs are good, but not all of them very friendly. Worse of all is the perfumed air freshener. So awful to fill the waiting room with sweet thick vanilla overbearing air pollution. My daughter had to put on a mask, I had to wait out side in the hall. I held the door open so the poor people waiting who had to sit, could breath! One small boy was wheezing terribly once he entered the room. His mom said he was asthmatic. I had to watch him in the hall while her other son has his blood drawn! That is totally inexcusable! So Rude Behaviour I sent my sister for Cmp blood test the physician was Olivia Gofferedo she was so rude from the starting. We are paying money its not a free of cost service. Give some respect and have some dignity to customers. Firstly she inserted the needle so badly that my sister got swelled and even talked so rude. I will never suggest this place to anyone and will never go there. Have some Good staff who have better knowledge on how to behave to people.
