I want to say thanks for all the girls who work in LabCorp in Heritage's office. They are wonderful and very patient with my daughter. She is autistic and the girls were very very nice with her. Thanks for everything. God bless your girls.
Extremely poor service, as other reviews mentioned appointments mean nothing. Mine was 1:30 PM, waited until 2:00 PM to be asked “what’s my name” then some random nurse walks in and goes before me and 4 others who had been waiting for over 2 hours. Darlene was very rude and condescending and refused to give medical paperwork to the guy in front of me and then flicked him off. Darlene said that he cussed her out which did not happen.
Appointments mean nothing at this facility. You have to make one, but the reality is its first come first served. My wife and I made 11:45 am and 12:00 noon appointments. As I write this review, it is 12:24 pm and neither of us has been called in for our bloodwork...ridiculous.
Staff in my opinion needs more direct manager / supervisor interaction, staff is unable to work independently. Highly rude and obnoxious, absolutely no respect for patients time . Will not return this facility / office EVER.
Very bad experience at this lab today. Receptionist and supervisor both poor ethics profesionalism. Horrible service. I'm not going to do lab works there anymore not even myself or family. My appointment was at 745 am when I check in kiosk told me to wait 8 to 830pm I asked Reception or told I had an appointment with my confirmation and everything she told me. " you need to relax and wait" VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. THEN SHE CALLED HER SUPERVISOR AND SHE WAS THE SAME WAY. HORRIBLE PLACE AND SERVICE.
