Slow rude insulting staff
Been here 2x in last two weeks. Waited over 45 minutes for appointment both times. Technician was good but the wait is excessive. If you can't handle , reduce available appointments.
Very rude staff and unprofessional. Not properly trained. Makes you wait at the window for 15-30minutes, just to tell you you have to use the kiosk.
