This probably was the most disorganized Lapcorp I had ever been to. I had a employment drug test appointment for 1:20. I checked in early. They called me to fill out something on the form and she told me "to bring it right back." She then closed the window and was MIA for 20 minutes. When the window re-opened, it was a different woman. She told me I needed to check-in and I told her I had already done that but needed to give them the form back. 30 minutes past my appointment, I went back up to the window. Excellent care. Mrs. Maria and Yoly, the lab nurses, did an excellent job with my 1-year-old baby when they drew his blood. They looked for a way to do it and they really did it. We should see more people like this, with a love for their service and what they do.
I want to say thanks for all the girls who work in LabCorp in Heritage's office. They are wonderful and very patient with my daughter. She is autistic and the girls were very very nice with her. Thanks for everything. God bless your girls.
Extremely poor service, as other reviews mentioned appointments mean nothing. Mine was 1:30 PM, waited until 2:00 PM to be asked “what’s my name” then some random nurse walks in and goes before me and 4 others who had been waiting for over 2 hours. Darlene was very rude and condescending and refused to give medical paperwork to the guy in front of me and then flicked him off. Darlene said that he cussed her out which did not happen.
Appointments mean nothing at this facility. You have to make one, but the reality is its first come first served. My wife and I made 11:45 am and 12:00 noon appointments. As I write this review, it is 12:24 pm and neither of us has been called in for our bloodwork...ridiculous.
