I had an appt, but they say that doesn't matter. They made me make another appt. My wait has now been over an hour. The people here are extremely rude, especially the front window staff. Don't go here. Literally go anywhere else.

Terrible. Most poorly run laboratory drawing station I have ever seen in my 35 years in healthcare. Waited 45 minutes while the waiting room filled up with 16 people. During that time only one person was called back to get their blood drawn. Two phlebotomists were there with one of them relaxing in the back room. Very poor management.

I’ve now been here for almost two hours WITH an appointment. No end in sight. Staff extremely inexperienced, unknowledgeable and unhelpful. Couldn’t find my order, which was an on-demand order placed on the Labcorp website and said they couldn’t call Labcorp about it. They can’t call their own company for help?? So I called and got it straightened out myself…but now apparently I went to the back of the very long line. Would avoid this place at all costs. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Very very unprofessional. Incredibly rude to my mother who just had a liver transplant 2 months ago. Along with multiple others who were in the waiting room along with us. Will not return here. Front desk workers made us feel so unwelcomed. Multiple complaints from others as well.

This place never has staff .I waited over 1 hour when I had an appointment.This place is only about money they always over book appointments when there is only ever 2 ppl here .They will book 4 people for the same appointment time .It's unbelievable. The owner only responds to the few and far positive reviews .Shows they don't care to correct any issues or care about customers complains .when everyone has one common complaint and it is about the wait times with appointments .
