The receptionist gave me an excuse that she was going to have to look up the codes for my bloodwork because some of the codes were for Quest only. I counted only about 5 codes were for Quest only. She was basically telling me that she didn’t want to do it and sat there looking at me until I said that I would just go to the Quest down the street. Totally incompetent!!!

I had an appointment that was schedule and they sent me a confirmation notice 1 hr before appointment .When i arrived there was no appointment scheduled and I had to redo my information . They have system that photograph your license to verify which didn't work. I manually tried several times, finally I asked the women if she could simply logging my information. So my conclusion get there early and double check if your appointment is indeed registered.

WARNING!!! 1 star is too many! What a mess this office is!! Walked in to about 40 people waiting. Many were complaining of the wait. A couple people had been waiting for more than 2 hours! Where is the management? Low staffed, long waits, unpleasant workers…downright RUDE workers!! The front desk lady was yelling at people over me in the lobby. It was complete chaos!! Told me I had to pay $1200 for my lab work. Never have I ever paid for lab work with my insurance. I called my ins company while I was waiting to check this to... read more
