Very very unprofessional. Incredibly rude to my mother who just had a liver transplant 2 months ago. Along with multiple others who were in the waiting room along with us. Will not return here. Front desk workers made us feel so unwelcomed. Multiple complaints from others as well.
This place never has staff .I waited over 1 hour when I had an appointment.This place is only about money they always over book appointments when there is only ever 2 ppl here .They will book 4 people for the same appointment time .It's unbelievable. The owner only responds to the few and far positive reviews .Shows they don't care to correct any issues or care about customers complains .when everyone has one common complaint and it is about the wait times with appointments .
Terrible place. Literally refused to come to the window, wouldn't answer questions or help at all. Couldn't understand a single word the lazy workers were even saying. Waited over an hour for nothing. Worst place ever. Go ANYWHERE but here.
While I sit now for over an hour on my appointment, I watch one person after another struggle with a rude staff. I count 13 people waiting with appointments. I see the owner only responding to positive reviews and has no apologies for negative. Obviously, they have no intention to improve the situation. Never go here if you expect decent care.
This probably was the most disorganized Lapcorp I had ever been to. I had a employment drug test appointment for 1:20. I checked in early. They called me to fill out something on the form and she told me "to bring it right back." She then closed the window and was MIA for 20 minutes. When the window re-opened, it was a different woman.
