Very easily booked my appointment online for 8:45 on a Wednesday so all questions were answered ahead of time. Was seen at my appointed time and within half an hour I was out. This is my second time at the New Dorp location. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I have gone to other labs and waited much longer. It does depend upon what time and day you go. There’s a parking lot and the restrooms are clean. There is a comfortable bright seating area.
This place is terrible! One woman working desk and drawing blood! Wait 30 minutes to have your name called then wait another 50 minutes to have blood drawn! When there are only 2 patients in the whole office! I highly recommend any other lab besides this one!!
