This is mostly about the fact THIS location is trying to get by with ZERO staff. I have had to get stat labs and this is one of the few locations en route to work that is open early. Having a SINGLE phlebotomist taking payments, checking people in, and actually doing the lab draws is INSANE. Will NEVER come to this location again: it has been a slow decline over last 2 yr where I see the service response as a shrugged "so what are you gonna do?" you are stuck as a patient waiting an inordinate amount of time because LabCorp ... read more

My 82 yr old mom m went to Newburgh NY LabCorp and the women behind the desk would not helped her with the sign in kiosk. She called me and came home. I went back and the receptionist said it went through. Why couldn't she help her? I worked for Bioreference as a phlebotomist and always made sure my elderly patients were given my utmost attention. They do not understand this modern technology. They need they better with the elderly on the sign in. This is not the first time.

If I could give no stars I would. Nasty & rude staff. BEWARE! I made an appointment online for a glucose test. My appt was at 7:45am, the check in text I received stated earliest check in could be at 7:15am. I arrived at 7:20am, checked in & received a text to come inside. I went inside & was greeted by a woman who stated that they might not be able to take me today as they close promptly at 10am & asked which glucose test I was scheduled for. I highly recommend this place! I visited today for the 3-hour glucose test, and while it was a long stay, the staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout. Kim, in particular, was amazing—her care and attention made the extended time there much more comfortable. I purposely chose this location over the nearby testing site in New Windsor, after a less-than-pleasant experience there previously, and I’m so glad I made the right choice!
