Terrible organization
Customer service is good. But the system to collect your lab results via online is very complicated. They ask you to go to patient.labcorp.com and go to Results to download but there is no option such as. I won’t recommend this place if you need your lab results to be emailed or collect online - BIG NO!
My wife came here to do a pre employment drug test and they treated her like she was a criminal. The front desk girl and the person who collected the urine were nasty. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE YOUR JOB DONT SHOW UP!
I am usually a person that cannot have blood taken out of me, but Cherise Price helped me today and was wonderful. With one poke she got the job done. She is very sweet, nice and was very professional as well.
I had a terrible experience at Labcorp. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for patient care or courtesy. I expected a respectful and efficient visit, but instead, I was met with dismissive attitudes and poor service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
