Always very proficient and professional.
GO HERE! if you got to go to one of these places come here went twice this week because my doctor was having trouble sending the orders and the two dark hair ladies were attentive and patient. Tried the las colinas place also and just left because no one would talk to me.
I've never had a phlebotomist who was able to pull blood so fast and efficiently without making me pass out as the lady who saw me at this clinic. Even the hospital had to pull out the machine to find my veins, but this girl was a beast. In and out in less than 5 minutes, and that's with having card problems. Word of advice, if you choose to have them text you when they're ready for you, the system lags a lot, so you'll be seen much faster if you wait in the waiting room.
The old lady that was trying to draw my blood missed my veins, berated me for not knowing which exact blood tests my doctor ordered and proceeded to wipe her nose with a dirty tissue from her pocket in the middle of actually drawing my blood. Now I have a runny nose 24 hours later and my arm is bruised to hell and hurts. Don't go here. Very unprofessional and dirty. I will not go back. I'm absolutely disgusted that she did any of the things she did, and tried to belittle me as she blew and wiped her nose in the room with me ... read more
