The staff who calls the name should try to be friendly and helpful. Personally, did not have good experience as a patient and would not go here again.
This woman...She had the needle so far in my arm that she hit a tendon. Then she says whew, you have a lot of scar tissue in there. You must get blood drawn a lot. Both lies. I do not get blood drawn often. There is no scar tissue. And though I did not make it known, I work in a lab. I am a phlebotomist. She moved the needle constantly, but blamed it on me. She wasn't prepared. She kept having to reach over the needle to grab her next tube, which kept pushing the needle further into my arm. My arm hurts to move it and there ... read more
