Olivia is the single best lab tech/nurse/whatever I've *ever* encountered across all settings. She is kind, courteous, and proficient. Her warmth is a delight but she is also beyond professional. Her help today was vital in getting me the care I need. Even though my doctor failed to send the labs over, she worked with me to help me get the labs sent to LabCorp and the care I needed in a timely manner.
I have a paralyzing fear of needles. I needed to get blood work down. My nurse said her name was Olivia. She was the kindest person to me walked me through everything and took my fear seriously. Although scared I was able to make it through with the kindness of my lab tech. I 100% suggest this place to anyone in need of some extra care and consideration.
They let me schedule TWO covid test appointments and when I showed up four hours later for my appt time, they said they didn't have tests. I never received a phone call or email saying so, just a confirmation email. What a waste of my afternoon.

They DONT DO DRUG TEST !it be nice if you guys could answer your phone and not put it as an Option either
