The receptionist at this location was so incredibly rude I couldn’t believe it. And I am rarely shocked. I made an appointment, needed some blood work done for MY EMPLOYER, arrived on time, attempted to check-in. ANDDDD NOOO was talked down to, ignored and confronted. ?!?? I genuinely do not know why. Very poor front desk person. She took most of the paperwork I brought and immediately threw them in the shredder container. She then stated that she was unable to find the orders from my Doctor for the labs to be drawn. Very rude person. I have been working with Lan Corp for over 20 years-and I will Never go to this particular one again!
Rude staff, I would not go here or refer a friend or family member.
Tracy saved the day. I was being told my Dr order was incorrect and Tracy took the time to figure it out. Saved me a 6 hour round trip to come back at a later date. Tracy was also very good with the draw. Didn’t feel a thing.
