Had an 8:00 AM appointment at this Labcorp (2690 Pacific Ave, Long Beach) and was fasting for blood work. Arrived on time to find the location closed — no notice beforehand, no call, no sign. Only after driving home did I receive an email saying the appointment was cancelled and to reschedule. Completely wasted a fasting morning due to zero communication. If a location is closed, patients need to be notified before their appointment time, not after they’ve already made the trip. Very disappointing experience. 😒👎
It took me forever to find this place and they refused to take me because they were about to close. It shouldn’t matter I had paperwork I should’ve been seen.
Horrible place, they need to work with walk in and with appointments. I got to the place around 1:13 pm and at 2:39 pm I decided to leave, it’s insane the waiting time for walk in, they had like 4 nurses and still wait a long time. I have been to different locations and they know how to manage appointments and non appointments. The front desk said it’s better to call for an appointment because they give more priority to who ever has an appointment. Definitely don’t want to go back to these place.
