Verdict: go somewhere else if you can. Pros: Skilled staff that can handle a tough stick which is perhaps most important at a bloodwork place. Cons: The wait is awful, even with an appointment and the overall mood stressful. The check in process promises a smooth experience with its email and QR code but it’s not. The kiosk doesn’t care about that and instead asks you questions they may or may not get you successfully checked in.
I get taking appointments first but at a certain point if I’ve been sitting here for forty minutes and one other person is in the waiting room who JUST got there, maybe just let me go ahead??? like idk seems like that makes sense to me but i guess not
