Never had a bad experience.
I agree! The lab technician is friendly and very good at what she does. It's an urban location, and I think people come frustrated by med labs or their situation. I think the lab does it's work professionally, in a real efficient and thoughtful format. Electronic check-in also worked fine for me. Waiting room is open, but also option to wait in car till they're ready due to covid-19.

This place is awesome!! The new check-in is convenient and fast!!!
1 of the technicians is Terrific so caring goes above and beyond her duties I went morning hours with 2 family members all to get blood she had us all in and out together and smiling.
