Went to Labcorp Lafayette without an appt. to see if labs request had been received from Physician. Sarah assisted me as no request was in the system. She contacted my PCP to send the request. Sarah was great! Very helpful and cheerful.
Arrived at 8:42 a.m. and requested blood work. Absolutely zero people in the waiting room and at least 2 employees sitting and talking. Told me, "we're not taking walk-ins today only" and declined to help me set up an appointment for later.
A very positive experience . Receptionist (Sara) didn't have my req, I attempted to send unsuccessfully, she asked to see my phone to download my request from my phone and successfully sent to labcorp email , she instructed me to go to room # 1 and within a minute she was drawing my blood. Note : office was extremely busy . Thanks Labcorp
