How the hell can you lose an infants test for corona virus are you that incompetent in your jobs.
Staff just yells out asking if anyone is here for a drug test!! Pretty sure that's a huge HIPA violation to ask an entire waiting room to disclose why they are there. Worst lab ever !!!
I wish I had a dollar for every time that Labcorp of Delmar messed up Joey's bloodwork, resulting in us having to go back. This is ridiculous!! They have lost his blood, processed it incorrectly and just failed to do right test. This poor kid gets poked way more than necessary due to the incompetence of the staff there. I have kept quiet for so long because we need to do routine bloodwork so I feel like I need them, but this is getting far out of control!
