I’ve only been here once and was a drop in. I was seen very quickly, the check in process was easy, the waiting room was big enough and the bathroom-for urine sample was clean. The phlebotomist was efficient, but not overly friendly. I plan to come again and hope the next experience is as good as the first. I also hope the phlebotomists gets herself a personality. 🤣
I haven’t had a problem with this lab before. People have always been calm and nice. Will continue to come here. Might be serious sometimes but haven’t been rude.
Corporate, cold, calculated. Sending bills with no pertinent information. A website that doesn't provide an itemized bill. Making the customer call for an actual bill. Horrible business. The list goes on. It is a monopoly, you have no choice, absolutely disgusting.
