I give 5 stars because of my experience with Simon, who drew my blood. This past week, I had 3 people try to draw my blood but they were all unsuccessful which is what lead me to this location. I was sat in the chair for maybe a minute total and Simon was able to draw my blood on the first try with minimal discomfort. He made my experience 10/10!

Lost stool samples! I submitted my stool samples on Saturday November 16 around 11:30am. The lady must have lost them because my Dr said the samples have not been entered as received 5 days later! I'm hopeful its not because she told me to throw biohazard material in the trash and I questioned her.

I set an appt here at least two weeks prior. I went in and was turned away because my appt (10:45) would supposedly push into their closing time (noon), due to it being an hour long. We were told we could go instead to the LabCorp on Treat Blvd. No accomodation, no offering to call them for us. If they couldn't keep the appt because it would be too long, why even book it then?
