Corporate, cold, calculated. Sending bills with no pertinent information. A website that doesn't provide an itemized bill. Making the customer call for an actual bill. Horrible business. The list goes on. It is a monopoly, you have no choice, absolutely disgusting.
This was the fourth lab corp facility I had taken my wife to for the same lab order, she is a very hard stick. It was a Saturday so we had to wait quite awhile. But when she got in the chair we really lucked out by drawing Simon, the phlebotomist with the golden hands. First stick and very smooth at that. Unfortunately he's not always at the same lab and I'm having a lot of trouble tracking him down, with no help from lab corp . The 5 stars are for him not lab corp.
I give 5 stars because of my experience with Simon, who drew my blood. This past week, I had 3 people try to draw my blood but they were all unsuccessful which is what lead me to this location. I was sat in the chair for maybe a minute total and Simon was able to draw my blood on the first try with minimal discomfort. He made my experience 10/10!
