I was glad to have an appointment. Many elderly had been waiting for at least an hour and a half. People were waiting in the halls, couldn’t hear their names called, had assumed that their appointment at another location that was closed suddenly would automatically be honored at this location (which it was not). Receptionist seemed overwhelmed but was doing her best to stay calm. Shame on Labcorp for understaffing locations and abruptly closing other locations. This is not how the elderly and sick should be treated.
I had a wonderful experience at this Labcorp location. My technician (whose name started with an 'M') was incredible. She was the perfect balance of professional and caring, taking the time to explain every single step before she did it. Although I usually hate needles, her calm demeanor turned what is normally a stressful event for me into a truly pleasant experience. Thank you, M!
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm, lunch closed 12-1. Saturday 8am-12pm.

I’ve been going here for years. They have not been on time for appointments for the last year. Staffing issues is a problem with this company it seems. They run 1/2 hour late on average which can be a big struggle for people that work on a strict schedule. You’re pretty okay if you get the first few appointments in the am.
