Each time I bring my grandmother here, there is never anyone at the front desk. The reception area is often left unattended for long periods, and when someone finally comes to assist, they do so with little to no courtesy—no greeting, not even a “good morning.” Unfortunately, the staff’s attitude has consistently been unprofessional, impolite, and inattentive. Always kind and quick! I appreciate this location so much and have been coming here for my entire pregnancy. The ladies who work here are the best! I feel bad for them after reading some of the other reviews and seeing what they have to deal with on a daily basis.
I’ve been here for blood work twice now and both times they were extremely quick, efficient, and friendly. I’m very pain sensitive and prone to passing out and both times I had zero issues with that. Highly recommend using this Labcorp!
