I hate the attitude from these techs they are rude every time I come because they are short staffed
I had an appointment this morning at 7:30 and I have been coming here for the past 5 or 6 years and the technician was not very nice first she was asking me for $35 and I never have to pay because i’m a diabetic and I go every three months to get my A1c check and I try to explain this to the technician, but she was like well you have to pay for it. This place exhibits a lack of professionalism and is extremely disorganized. There was only one person working at the front counter and in blood work. I arrived half an hour before my appointment, but two other people showed up after me. The woman working that day chose to call in the person who arrived after me instead. I have called a dozen times and left multiple voice mails. This location is extremely unprofessional and rude. They refuse to answer the phone. When I walked in I called them and watched the phone ring as she at the front desk and played on her phone. Do Not trust these people with your medical testing.
Might possibly As I’ve had as a travel nurse at One of these facilities the website says that they do urine tests and other screen so I scheduled an appointment with them as I walk up to the building. It says they no longer do drug tests. I was then told everybody knows that it’s been five years since we’ve done it, and I said their website had not been updated.
