LaTanya is by far the best lab technician at Labcorp. She finds my veins when no one else is able to do so. I drive from far away just to have only LaTanya do my lab work. Also, she never hurts me. She has a gift with the needles. I have come here for years. Love her so much!!!
I waited 5 days for this appointment to have lab work done. This is the second time in three weeks i have been there. Labcore messed up my first lab work . Now i show up after fasting for 15 hours and the rude lady at the front desk told me i couldn't get my lab work done today because she couldnt find my paperwork! I ended up walking out. This place is very unorganized and the staff are rude!!! Never again will i go to this lab and i will tell everyone not to go there. What a waist of time!!!
Fast and courteous.! People sit for hours. Make a fast appt.
Made an appointment so I didnt have to wait and ended up waiting only to be told they dont take my insurance and wanted to charge me $150. They made me upload my insurance the day before and never told me.
Awful customer service, get rid of the kiosks. Even if you make an appointment be prepared to wait it is going on half an hour now. I will post another of it is longer. This is just like all labcorps anymore. I wish there were other labs to choose from.
