I walked in at 2:50 to get a pre employment drug screening done. The rude representative came out and said we can’t help you because we’re closed. They close at 3. A pre employment screening doesn’t take that long. Seriously disappointed in the customer service and the way he came out and kicked me out and then locked the door at 2:53. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to talk to patients if they are that miserable

My fiancé and son went here today because our doctor’s office gave them this location for Nasopharyngeal work. My fiancé gave the front desk lady the paperwork and said they were here for Nasopharyngeal for our son, front desk lady looked at the paperwork and saw it was for Nasopharyngeal and told them to check in and wait. The front desk lady keeps going back and forth looking at the paperwork, and after 45 minutes, she tells my family “Sorry, we can’t do that here”. No me deja darle 0 pero esa es la calificación real! El trato es horrible, los empleados tratan mal a la gente hacen comentarios despectivos de los que le hacen una sola pregunta y tienen adjetivos para describir a las personas de una manera grosera. Los empleados tiran los objetos las puertas y todo lo que encuentran a su paso. Si quieres ir a un laboratorio con mal trato a los demás incluyendo niños y ancianos este es el lugar.
