This lab is horrible! They kept our paper order that was good for 50 lab draws, then the next time we went told us they didn't have any orders and we were responsible for contacting our doctor to get new orders. We will be switching to a different company! Done with LabCorps!!'

I walked in at 2:50 to get a pre employment drug screening done. The rude representative came out and said we can’t help you because we’re closed. They close at 3. A pre employment screening doesn’t take that long. Seriously disappointed in the customer service and the way he came out and kicked me out and then locked the door at 2:53. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to talk to patients if they are that miserable
Disappointment. They don't take their jobs serious. They couldn’t help a little boy with a really bad cough out with anything.
My fiancé and son went here today because our doctor’s office gave them this location for Nasopharyngeal work. My fiancé gave the front desk lady the paperwork and said they were here for Nasopharyngeal for our son, front desk lady looked at the paperwork and saw it was for Nasopharyngeal and told them to check in and wait.
