Extremely poor customer service and a complete waste of our time. We arrived and checked in at 2:42 p.m., 18 minutes before closing. From the very beginning, we had the extremely unpleasant feeling that the staff simply wanted to get rid of us as quickly as possible rather than help us. The workers here are very rude and lazy, they literally tried to find reasons why they couldn’t take our test for 10 min. They then proceeded to kick us out because we took to long (less than 5 min) to find the insurance card. If you have a choice about where to go i would highly recommend skipping this spot.

The Worst. One employee!!!!! A phlebotomist and receptionist!!!!! This is absurd!!!! This person is checking people in and then running in the back drawing blood, cleaning up the room afterwards and then back to receptionist desk. How is this allowed in a supposedly sterile environment . Where’s the Health Department? Do not go here!!!!

I’ve put off bloodwork for almost a decade because I tend to pass out from it. I first went to this location in March and brought my husband for support. My appointment was at 8:15 and there were two women working and no wait. Unfortunately I don’t know the name of the woman who drew my blood but she was amazing. I told her I was afraid I would pass out and she kept me distracted and was so sweet, funny, kind and efficient. I was able to get through the appointment without issue.
