Went to get blood drawn for yearly labs. Really smooth check-in process and only a few minutes wait which surprised me considering I was a walk in. The staff was all smiles and very friendly. I honestly didn't even feel the needle when the blood was drawn. I just had a super nice experience.
We went to get a blood draw for my minor son and when I showed up with him at the door the technician looked at me like I should not be there. I explained to her that my son was a minor that’s why I needed to be there. She said I did not and they have plenty of minors that often get blood draws without parental consent. She then proceeded to hurt my son on purpose with the needle. You could tell she was not a nice person and was full of hate. After being ill treated by the tech at Carrollton- Walgreens labcorp location, I had our elderly family member go to this location. We called to see if they took walk ins before. They were very courteous on the phone and were very professional once we were there as well. Great experience. Thanks to the team!
