North Irving Labcorp did not value my confirmed appointment or my time. The kiosk system made check-in frustrating, and the overall experience was disappointing. In contrast, the Grapevine branch was awesome—professional, efficient, and respectful of our time. They took care of both my daughter and me at the same time. Thank you to the Grapevine staff!
I can’t speak to the negative reviews, but I personally won’t go to any other lab. My daughter has immune deficiency issues and requires regular bloodwork, and every single visit here has been a positive experience. The staff are consistently professional, patient, and incredibly kind with her. She’s a small child on the spectrum with limited speech and understanding, and they always treat her with such care and compassion. I had a great experience at this lab. The staff were professional, friendly, and made the whole visit easy. Parking in the garage was convenient, and the check‑in process was quick and smooth. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with less than a 5‑minute wait. I’ll definitely recommend this location to others.
