I live very close to two Labcorp locations, but I drove 25 minutes each way to this location because it gets better reviews. Totally worth it. I got here about 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and Tracy called me back 2 minutes later. She was super nice and did a great job with no pain. Highly recommend this location.

Fast results, less than 24hrs for me, I'm sure it depends on the type of blood work, of course. Easy appointment booking and check-in process all online.

I went to get bloodwork as a potential liver donor for someone. UTSW called and made the appointment and provided the recipients insurance information to be billed. My insurance information was not provided. A couple of weeks later I get a bill. They had billed my insurance somehow and were billing me for the remaining balance. When I called to straighten it out, I was told I would have to contact the recipients insurance company and have them contact LabCorp to get the issue resolved. Ridiculous incompetence! I had a terrific experience at this Labcorp. I had my paperwork from my doctor, which helped to expedite things. The lady at check-in updated my insurance for me and they called me back immediately within a couple minutes of my appointment time. My lab technician, Shawn, was awesome. She let me use one of the rooms with a bed since I’m a fainter, and she was SO fast and very friendly. It was crowded but they seemed efficient in getting everyone taken care of.
