Recently got blood work done and the service was quick and friendly! Going here everytime in the future. Kasandra and Tyler were true angels!
Labcorp is a terrible company. They refuse to give patients their lab results, thumbing their nose at HIPAA that dictate that my patients must be given their lab results. Their listed hours are a joke and open whenever. I won’t go here anymore and I recommend my patients go elsewhere as well.
Was honestly afraid to go after seeing the reviews, and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I had a 10:30 appointment and arrived five minutes early. I was out of the building in my car by 10:33. I see a lot of reviews saying how busy they usually are. Not sure if this is the norm, but I was the only patient when I walked in at 10:25 am on a Wednesday morning.
Worst experience ever... I'll never go back here. Staff was rude. I was at the facility for an hour trying to get them to "pull my lab up". My doctor even resent it twice during that time. They still couldn't pull up the order,but I also couldn't get it emailed/faxed to them..because both of those "weren't working". I leave & go to the Inglewood site...5 mins down the street...& they immediately pull my lab up...stating it has been in the system for weeks. Technicians/receptionist were rude, 2 and a half waiting, one hour over with an appointment, only to tell me they could not to a stat after noon time. Will never return
