When I got there I checked in the ladies was there an said hello , she then said umm okay let me see your license and they when I get into the back she asked me for an urine test I said I don’t have to go to the bathroom…. She said that I have too but I didn’t have to , she said that I needed to then she looked at the orders and said it’s routine when you are pregnant…. I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, however, I checked in and was called back prior to my scheduled time. The staff were extremely attentive and professional. I was out within 5-7 minutes. All companies have tough days, so sometimes grace is needed.
Person free checkin, great staff and they have s great attitude i will use them again
The phlebotomist, had a hard time taking my sons blood. After a couple minutes of pain we realized she had an AIRPOD in her ear and was listening to something while attempting to stick my child with the needle. We will NEVER go back there - Have a little professionalism in your job!
Unorganized, absolutely no idea what they are doing.
