Excellent Staff
Room is hot with no a/c and tv screen letting us know waiting list was turned off. Checked in at 1035 for 1045 appt and was not called back until 1058
No paperwork on you? They won't have your orders. Faxing will not fix it. However if you have your paperwork on you, they are quite good.
Today I received the most painful blood draw I have ever experienced in 6 decades! I could tell by the phlebotomist's general aloof and not personable manner, rough way of doing things and overall apathetic, robotic personality that I was in for a rough time. Tourniquet was way too tight and she acted rushed. I will spare you the rest of the gory details. I definitely do NOT recommend this location!🤨 Be smart and choose the next closest place. OMG! The pain....
