I took my 15 year old for his first blood draw in a long time (so he didn’t remember if it hurts). We made an online appointment and were in and out in less than 10 minutes. The two employees working this morning were amazing. I can’t speak to the skill level of the blood draw itself since it wasn’t for me but I still felt the visit went really well
Showed up at 6:50 for my 7:30 appointment. They should have opened at 7:00 a.m. There were 12 people waiting outside. The doors did not open till 7:10- 7:15. Once opened, everybody came in and checked in at the kiosk. No one had been seen still and my appointment time was 730am. I assume that some people had 7:00 a.m. appointments. staff was friendly. Neika did a fantastic job when drawing my blood. I barely felt the pinch and she was kind. The woman working front desk was nice as well! It did take about an hour and half to get out. People complain about the warmth of the waiting room, but honestly it helped keep my veins open. The reason I have 4 stars was due to wait. But I think that is expected.
Disrespectful of peoples time and can't open the front door when the are supposed too. My wife fasted for her appointment and since they could not get their act together she left to go to work. DON'T BE DISRESPECTFUL TO PEOPLES APPOINTMENTS. READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS. Going to our doctors office for blood tests for now on! If you have a short staff either hire people or close this location and move the staff to the Labcorp 1 mile north of you. We don't need two labcorps one mile away from each other.
The majority of technicians at this site are efficient, friendly and professional. The kiosk only sign in method is not ideal particularly for the elderly or those with various difficulties. It would be beneficial to have a call button for individuals to use if they need assistance.
