Just horrible. Fasted 12 hours, drove nearly hour, arrived on time for appointment, didn't even get a "hello" and was told they "didn't have the tubes" needed for testing. Will be doing a chargeback for the cost and going elsewhere.
AVOID ☢️ Lady working at the front desk this morning 9/17/26 was the rudest lady I've encountered in the Pittsburgh area. Flicking through her phone when I arrived, no welcome, then barked at me to come in and sit by her. I wanted to leave there and then as she clearly was upset about something. Then all of sudden she doesn't have the tubes for my blood test. My test was ordered via labcorp and an appointment made. It will be Quest all the way from now. Never again.

I have been going here for more than 10 years. Jamie is the best and I will go here until she leaves.
