bad customer service
The 2 lady's at the desk are very unhelpful and rude. Roll there eyes at the patients coming in. They also don't help the elderly that do not understand how to use the kiosk.
Today, I had the pleasure of being attended to by Agatha, my phlebotomist. She was incredibly kind and warm, making the experience much more comfortable. Despite my scar tissue from years of plasma donations, she skillfully located my vein without any difficulty. Her positive attitude truly brightened my day. I’m grateful to LabCorp for employing such a talented and professional LabTech.
Too long wait. The phlebotomy poked me 5 times unsuccessful. Finally got it but drew wrong amount had repoke me again same place place.left a huge bruise
DO NOT GO HERE FOR DRUG TESTING! They got their licenses revoked!!! (2nd place told me) Waisted time and gas coming to this locating just for the ignorant lady to tell me they don’t do it anymore ( tried to even call and it’s a voicemail) funny how it still allows u to make an appointment!! Then she had the nerve to give me another paper with other locations and half the paper was crossed out.
