If you are going to choose to use a paperless system, then you shouldn’t arbitrarily change the time of the appointment on the automated pre-check! Especially when I arrived on time for my precheck!
Dumb closing office for an hour lunch. On par with past visits via poor-attitude/crude-rude initial receptionist. Lab-draw-tech was alright once was loosened up a bit with some humor go figure lol! Typical quantity vs quality health-care network. Have to check-in and wait just to drop-off a specimen-sample.
RecommendedFor being opened on Saturdays til noon is great. Love the new check yourself in computer system. instead of waiting in line. Saves times. Get your ID card ready & insurance card. Scans it' your all set!! Next!
A very well organised place. Tech was flawless and frendly. Great sense of humour. Terrified of needles. Will be back however. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trying to schedule an appointment at my local Labcorp but the website won't let me. The lab I normally go to has no appointments available at the 7388 NORTH LA CHOLLA BLVDTUCSON, AZ 85741 location. As is typical, no one answers the phones at Labcorp locations.
This lab is understaffed and wait is very long.
They don't answer their phone,and I've been waiting over thirty minutes to get checked in and no one at front desk. Very irritating.
I have been here with my daughter since 6:30am when they opened. We are third in line. It is now 7:00 am and they haven't even started calling people back. There are only ever two employees max working here at a time. There isn't even a devoted receptionist, the two lab techs take turns checking people in. We came in yesterday and were here 30 min and they hadn't even called us up to take her paperwork.
Rude rude poor customer service!! They need a new receptionist!
