Went to the location and they told me they were doing no more blood work or drug testing and I would have to do it tomorrow. It would have been great if they sent a message that my appointment was cancelled before I got there.
Friendly and skilled staff. The whole time there was less than 30 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. When it came time for the blood test, the tech was very light handed with next to know pain on the stick or digging for the vein. The blood withdrawal was quick and smooth.
If i could make this 0 stars i would. I had an appointment for a urine test for work at 11:45 i get there and the door is locked. They finally open after 5 minutes of waiting and they tell me there is no one qualified to do my test. I received NO call, NO text, and NO email about this. Completely wasted my time and gas to get to the appointment then the lady i spoke to redirected me to another labcorp that closed in 5 minutes (THANKS). Possibly worst service or lack thereof I’ve received.
