Visited to have blood work done for doctors appointment. They had no internet access seemed to have no idea why I was there in spite of it being scheduled over a week in advance. I was not able to reschedule the appointment and was forced to cancel my appointment.
Walked in on a Saturday morning, and had the most pleasant experience which is odd to say when getting bloodwork. I was able to be seen right away and the lady working was very friendly and pleasant.
Carla is a miracle worker. I have tiny veins and my blood does not give easily when fasting. I've had many bad experiences getting blood drawn. Carla reassured me throughout the entire process and got everything she needed. Very skilled and very professional phlebotomist, in addition to being a genuinely kind and warm human being.
Thank you so much Carla for the compassion you showed my daughter today. She had a phobia of her blood being drawn and it took yearsss to get her in and you went above and beyond.
My wife's blood work was done quickly and efficiently. We were in and out in just 20 minutes. And results were sent in less than a week!
