I'm a provider, my patient walked to the location that was simply closed during hours that was supposed to be open... I called costumer service, the attendant said that he didn't know why was closed and he didn't know not it was going to open up... I asked if he could find that out... He said he couldn't! This the craziest answer I've ever gotten from costumer service... This is absurd!!
I have had a serious fear of blood draws my whole life, to the point of almost passing out, hours of nausea, afterwards migraines so bad that my whole day is shot, just from working myself up over them. I am not being dramatic when I say that Carla has changed my life. She has healed my fear. She is THAT good. Her demeanor filled with kindness and patience, and her skill is unmatched. I agree with other clients, Carla is great. That being said - LabCorp screwed a few things up. First come home they didn't upload or send my results - I had to chase them down and go through support to finally get them, over a week later. Secondly, they missed one of the more important tests that were being done, simply didn't do it. They called me back, apologized, and said I have to go back again for another draw.
Terrible service, my appointment was at 9:00 AM and I've been waiting at the door for over an hour, along with several other people who are also waiting. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
