Their billing looks like and acts like a scam. It comes in from a short code and demands payment immediately. Customer service isn't particularly helpful when called as they get extremely defensive. And then there are the near constant emails demanding immediate payment. Overall, if I had a choice I wouldn't use LabCorp and I am actively looking for a new Dr. due to my experience with LabCorp.
The staff here are very professional and efficient! Everyone is very friendly. The blood draw was quick and relatively painless. It was really easy to schedule my appointment here. I love that I can check in from my car!
My visit was extra hard for me. Even know I was a nervous wreck because of past bad experience not here. I had got bless that day because although I was nervous an nearly n tears.Then came a smile and a joy to my eyes her name was Christy and she made be feel ever so calm No judgements just a pleasant experience thank you for your kindness.
Had a bad experience getting my blood drawn, but they took really good care of me to make sure I was going to be okay.
Getting my blood drawn is normally an extremely traumatic experience because I am an extremely hard stick but not at this location! The staff were so kind and made me feel very comfortable! This will be the only place I go from now on!
