Walked in at 9:22, with no appointment. Within 20 minutes I was seen and taken care of, and I was on my way. It's a little tricky because Google Maps makes it look like it's on 3rd avenue, but it's on 87th like the address states. Also if it's not clear, it's on the 4th floor in room 408. The hallways are a bit windy, but there are signs leading the way. The one technician I saw was super nice and cheerful!
TC is a game changing medical assistant/phlebotomist. Extremely professional, kind, SMART, and handles everything with precision and care. Not the biggest LabCorps fan generally, but he flew me through in 20 minutes. If you go here, request that he draws your blood. Pain free, easy. Great job, TC!!!!!!
Showed at 11:40 am, well ahead of scheduled lunch time closure at 12 pm and door was lock. Knocked and someone opens the door and states that they are already on lunch. Staff was incredibly rude. Would not trust them with your bloodwork or tests. I went to Quest for the test and got in immediately, also at lunch time.
I was there at 11 am this morning. understaffed, but this time seriously. One racist, nasty employee who looked as if he was just released from Rikers Island was nasty, rude, hostile, racist and needs to be fired. Left after he told me he was not sufficiently trained to withdraw blood.
dude taking blood was just super pissed off at me from the start for no reason, hoping his day gets better cause good lord he was having a rough one
