TC is a game changing medical assistant/phlebotomist. Extremely professional, kind, SMART, and handles everything with precision and care. Not the biggest LabCorps fan generally, but he flew me through in 20 minutes. If you go here, request that he draws your blood. Pain free, easy. Great job, TC!!!!!!
Showed at 11:40 am, well ahead of scheduled lunch time closure at 12 pm and door was lock. Knocked and someone opens the door and states that they are already on lunch. Staff was incredibly rude. Would not trust them with your bloodwork or tests. I went to Quest for the test and got in immediately, also at lunch time.
I was there at 11 am this morning. understaffed, but this time seriously. One racist, nasty employee who looked as if he was just released from Rikers Island was nasty, rude, hostile, racist and needs to be fired. Left after he told me he was not sufficiently trained to withdraw blood.

Absolutely bad experience with Jennifer( Jenny) who works at 87th street. Yesterday after I checked myself in, she suddenly said that I have a bill for $71 that I have to pay, otherwise she won't take me. I am there often and if I have a bill, it shows up during check in and I pay it. She said it's for year 2021.When I asked to show me the invoice, she said her computer froze and she cannot. I was unhappy bc she was denying me for no reason at tall, if I don't pay(!) . I think it was act of discrimination,as I am a foreigner... read more
