I went to this labcorp today for some routine bloodwork. I had a 9:15 appointment, and was kept waiting 50 minutes before being taken for my appointment. They only had 1 person at this location doing the lab work and checking people in. Despite the fact that I had an appointment the lab tech kept taking walk-ins ahead of me. After waiting 50 minutes, the tech could not find a vein in either arm, and told me that I would have to drink water and wait until they had taken other patients. I couldn't believe it. I walked out! I just got some routine blood work done by Ana Paulino. Not only was she extremely professional, but the entire process was so quick and painless that I left feeling so relieved. She reassured me that everything would be ok, and it was! Thank you for a great experience.
Getting bloodwork has always been my biggest fear in the world. I never thought I’d be able to do it. I came into this office and made Jennifer Martinez at the front desk aware of my fear. She instantly made me feel so much better with her positive attitude. Then, I went back and got the test done by Ana Paulino. Been there a few times and the staff is always pleasant. They are very helpful and gentle with the bloodwork. One of the cleanest and best locations I’ve been to.
