The nurse who took my blood was ratchet, careless and rude. Before she took my blood she was like angry and was slamming and throwing everything around. Then she just put the needle into my arm quickly and carelessly so she obviously didn’t even hit the vein. So she started swishing the needle back and forth in different directions while it was still my arm for literally a whole minute. I gave them two panels ofrequest and they only did one and now they're telling me they didn't make a mistake. Now I have to go get bloodwork done again which is a big hassle for me with work and scheduling. THEIR PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO SASSY AND RUDE.
Labcorp understaffed this place with one person to do everything. Will be asking my health insurance for different provider.
Honestly, I was suspicious of this place when I walked in. One woman was running the place by herself, checking people in & also doing bloodwork. I was in & out in 10 minutes, I told the technician I get faint when blood is being taken & she immediately made sure I was comfortable & had what I needed. She gave me ice to keep my body cold & also brought something for me to put my feet up since this location doesn’t provide recliner chairs for people who need it.
