Such a good experience here yesteday. Check in was very easy and straight-forward, and the blood draw was done very well. But more importantly (to me, at least), I went in to get an emotionally difficult blood draw, and was treated with such compassion and understanding. Such a gift. I'm so sad I didn't catch the woman's name, but I'll never forget her kindness at a time when I was feeling very fragile.
Great experience at this Labcorp location. Nicole is an absolute gem! My doctor did not give her any information, just sent a test randomly to this location because it is closest to my house (without including my name or any identifying information on it…). Nicole called me, figured out what was going on, and got me in and out before it was even time for my appointment. I’m sure no one likes going for a blood draw, but Nicole made it a joy. Nicole is wonderful! So kind. And so gentle. I had a lot of viles of blood and didn't feel a thing.
Monroeville, PA location NICOLE was absolutely amazing and knew what to do. Needless overwhelm me. I need to lay down. I barely felt the initial prick. Normally I feel it and I flinch. Not this time. When she changed out the tubes I could not tell. Sometimes you feel them change out the tubes not here. Before starting, she gave me two ice packs. One under my neck when I laid down and one to put on stomach or chest. She talked to me to distract me. When done I got up ready to go. I will go back to this location for bloodwork ... read more
