The staff members at the Montgomery location are very kind and knowledgeable. Brenda made the blood draw completely painless and I have a history of hard to find veins. I do hope LabCorp updates/remodels their facility. It really needs some attention and the staff deserve a pleasant place to work.
The lady at the Crestview Hills location this past Saturday working the desk is a Gem and great to work with, very personable and very nice. She should get a raise if you ask me but companies customer service is terrible, bc they have none. You can’t even call to ask a question so don’t try. The company it’s self is a joke when it comes to getting them to answer for a simple question.
The staff at this location are exemplary. Quick and easy to get your test.
Not very helpful staff
Mike did a fantastic job drawing my blood and making sure the right tests were ordered, which I've had trouble with at a different location. He was so kind and figured out where it had been going wrong and what information to relay to my doctor for future labs. This is where I'll be coming from now on. Thanks Mike!
