I visited this lab on 3/13/2026 and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Q who was extremely efficient and professional. She made the entire experience a rewarding one. At one point, the computer system went down and she communicated with me effectively why it was taking a little bit longer to get me checked in. Thank you Q as you are awesome. I really appreciated you.

I came today around 12:30 PM. The African American woman with gray hair who assisted me was unwelcoming and was rushed since they close at 1:00 PM for lunch. At one point she even said to me “Whats your name girl”That, I could overlook. However, my main concern is what occurred during the blood draw. The staff member briefly swabbed my arm for less than a second, then put on gloves and proceeded to answer a personal call—placing an earbud in her ear while still wearing those same gloves. The staff members at the Montgomery location are very kind and knowledgeable. Brenda made the blood draw completely painless and I have a history of hard to find veins. I do hope LabCorp updates/remodels their facility. It really needs some attention and the staff deserve a pleasant place to work.

The lady at the Crestview Hills location this past Saturday working the desk is a Gem and great to work with, very personable and very nice. She should get a raise if you ask me but companies customer service is terrible, bc they have none. You can’t even call to ask a question so don’t try. The company it’s self is a joke when it comes to getting them to answer for a simple question.
