Friendly staff and honestly relatively fast work on some blood draw based lab work. Only complaint is that there were some misses, (which hey I think is fine veins can be difficult), but was rough as I have a intensely strong phobia of needles and the fact they resorted to a larger needle, (because they lost a closer to surface vein after previous attempts..), hurt and was spooky. In and out less than 5 minutes, pure professalism
Q at the Montgomery location went out of her way to figure out a complicated situation for me right before closing, and then proceeded to do the easiest most painless blood draw of my life! She was so patient with my situation even while juggling labs for other patients and her admin role. I am so grateful for her help!
