Did drug screen and fingerprints. Guy who did my urine test didn’t explain to not wash my hands when I was finished, and then was snippy and huffing at me during the finger prints… very rude. Not my fault you didn’t explain to me before

I am grateful for Laquisa W., PST at the Montgomery office. I was very impressed with how professional she was with my registration and helpful to other patients. This week (2nd visit) I was a "walk-in." She was there greeting everyone, doing registration, patient insurance, problem solving, training another person, and taking my blood sample. Laquisa is AWESOME.

I always come to this Labcorp location for my blood work. All the phlebotomists are efficient and so good at what they do. Today I had a draw from a lady who did it so painlessly that I couldn’t believe it. It’s always a quick in and out, and I appreciate that staff are pleasant but not overly talkative, as I’m an introvert! Grateful for this location and its people, and I hope they read this and know it because I’m sure it’s a thankless job a lot of the time.

I visited this lab on 3/13/2026 and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Q who was extremely efficient and professional. She made the entire experience a rewarding one. At one point, the computer system went down and she communicated with me effectively why it was taking a little bit longer to get me checked in. Thank you Q as you are awesome. I really appreciated you.
