1-Star is probably too generous -- over 2-hour wait time, overcrowded, false & misleading communications...
If you have a kid that needs lab work done ask for Shy. She is an INCREDIBLE pediatric phlebotomist. Trust me, She is Godsent and is so gentle with little ones. Just walk in and say: Is Shy working? If she is not, schedule another day. You will thank me. Super impressed with her.
Walked in and out in 15 mins at 4:20 pm on Friday, not many people in the waiting room, self-checkin is fast and smooth.
Waited 1.5hrs for simple blood drive. Took only 3 min. Never again.
