This place deserves Zero stars. I waited 2 hours to take a Urine test for Employment Screening. I handed the woman my sample. And she said I didn't pee enough. She would not let me urinate more because she said it was now after 4 pm and after hours
This location is better than the Duke- Durant Rd. . I had to come to this location because the Durant location stopped assisting employment drug screens at 2:00 pm. Which is the interval to come in and do drug-screens. This location is largely packed do to the incompetence and inability to assist at Durant Rd. so make sure you get here asap. This location was much more pleasant and professional. If needed book here to avoid the stress!
Easy in, easy out. Phlebotomist was great; no troubles at all. Clean facility.
Attitude at front desk not nice. Go somewhere else
Your appointment doesn’t matter - it doesn’t ensure priority or service at any point. I made an appointment for 1 pm and had checked in about the same time. They couldn’t find my lab orders, I had to request my doctors office send them to me so I could show them. I was left waiting at an empty window for 20 minutes and then told to email them my lab orders.
