Your appointment doesn’t matter - it doesn’t ensure priority or service at any point. I made an appointment for 1 pm and had checked in about the same time. They couldn’t find my lab orders, I had to request my doctors office send them to me so I could show them. I was left waiting at an empty window for 20 minutes and then told to email them my lab orders. Just left - been to many labcorps over the years and this was the first time I've ever had a positive experience. The staff were courteous - I'd say even pleasant. Which we all know is not usually the case with LabCorp. I was out of there fifteen minutes after my scheduled appointment time.
On 6/19/25 about 11.30. Was seen within 5 minutes. My tech, Shi, was the best ever and I’ve had lots of bloodwork. Literally painless and super quick. Hope I get her next time.
"Shia" is my hero !!!!! I was a walk-in this a.m. Had not planned this fasting blood draw. Only had 8oz of water this morning and I have tiny moving veins. She prepped my arm, found a vein and OMG, took multiple vials. I am back home, took off band aid, no visible mark on my arm at all. All I can say is: Thank You, you're the best!!
The young phlebotomist who works here is amazing (forgot her name!) virtually a painless blood draw and she’s super sweet and talkative which distracts me :) I’ve never waited more than 5 mins after my appointment here. So far so good!
