Today is Thursday I’ve been calling these people since Monday morning atleast three times a day I even left my name and number like the answering machine asked they don’t answer the phone. Bottom line I drove 45 mins for nothing next time answer the phones it’s Very inconvenient and unprofessional the lady at the front desks looked at me clueless when I asked her why they don’t answer the phone 🙄
Very Good phlebotomist I came at 430 so I get they were ready to get out of there, but I had a question about my paperwork, the receptionist could not be bothered as she was deep into whatever she was watching on tv..I tried to ask and she literally interrupted me to tell me to go sit down. I was the ONLY PERSON in the building other than the phlebotomist. The phlebotomist was amazing though as I am usually a very difficult stick, but she got me first try. And she answered my question.
