Chanda is one of the most unprofessional and rude employees I’ve ever met at any establishment let alone a medical practice. 13 years of employment and still can’t manage to have a bit of common decency. Not sure if this is the standard for employment drug screenings but was a very unpleasant experience. Would recommend you to go to any other LabCorp location, honestly though that’s probably what she wants.
I had an appointment booked and the staff at this Ed Drive location were on time and friendly. Bree, excellent phlebotomist, got the vials needed in one try. That never happens for me, but did today. Excellent experience.
This place is a joke
I hate going to Labcorp for employment drug tests. It’s the perception that patients are high and are not. I feel like this seems to be a standard with all the locations I’ve been to. The two young women who were at this location on 12/5/2024 could use a training course in customer service and not treat people like people in active use. I did get out quickly so that’s a plus.
