I genuinely have no idea what there is to complain about here. I get my blood drawn here quarterly and every single time (for the last two years) the staff is friendly, VERY efficient, and quite competent. I've never had to get "stuck" twice. I rarely have a wait or much of an issue getting an appointment. 6/5.
This place has THE WORST wait times and it’s normally only one person working!
Easy and quick service
By far the rudest personnel that work in any labcorp location around Raleigh or Durham. They’re unnecessarily rude to everyone including older people simply asking questions. Avoid this location for sure.
