This is the THIRD time I've been to this location with the same experience. They open at 8a. I was the first one in the room and immediately checked in on the self-check-in computer. Each time, the lady took 20 minutes to log into her computer and another 10 to enter the orders and talk to other employees (and check her phone). I did not even have an appointment but everything was done in 30 minute (10 minutes waiting time). It was probably because I came on Wednesday, but overall experience was excellent.
Be sure and make appt. Even those are 30 minutes behind. One very nice lab tech doing check in and labs..90 min wait so far for simple UA.
I drive an hour for this drug test and they close at 4 pm. But they tell me it is really 3:30. Wow! Post that on your website
My husband & I had our bloodwork taken at this location. His was approximately 2 months ago and mine was just 30 minutes ago. We both had very positive experiences. The person who checked us in and subsequently took our blood was friendly, courteous and a very good blood stick. We have used this location for at least the past 3-4 years and have always had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this location to anyone!
