Just left this location for routine blood draw for annual physical. Excellent experience from check-in to procedure. The blood draw was flawless, for someone who often has issues with finding a vein - I barely felt anything at all and was SO happy! I’ll come back here again, for sure, for any routine lab work. Excellent!
This is the THIRD time I've been to this location with the same experience. They open at 8a. I was the first one in the room and immediately checked in on the self-check-in computer. Each time, the lady took 20 minutes to log into her computer and another 10 to enter the orders and talk to other employees (and check her phone). I did not even have an appointment but everything was done in 30 minute (10 minutes waiting time). It was probably because I came on Wednesday, but overall experience was excellent.
Be sure and make appt. Even those are 30 minutes behind. One very nice lab tech doing check in and labs..90 min wait so far for simple UA.
I drive an hour for this drug test and they close at 4 pm. But they tell me it is really 3:30. Wow! Post that on your website
