I needed some lab work done. So, I google all locations near me before making a decision on which location to go to by reading all reviews. I've had some bad experiences in the past with Labcorp. I arrive to this particular location due to rave of Keisha in the reviews. Followed the instructions on doing Check In on kiosk. Shortly after checking in. I was called. As a walk-in it took a total of 10 minutes from start to finish, the blood draw was extremely quick and painless. Very nice and professional staff.
Arrived at 11:25, office closed for lunch. Hours posted clearly say 12-1pm closed for lunch. This is unacceptable!
I have had nothing but good experiences here. The lady at the front desk is always very nice and helpful. She is also the best at drawing labs . I came in this morning and asked her to do it since I have had bad experiences before at other locations she said yes with no hesitation and it was done correct the first time . This is why this this the only labcorp I go to .
I had a fantastic experience at this LabCorp location! The receptionist at the time, Ms Tysinger, was incredibly helpful in checking if my 12-year-old could give the amount of blood requested. She took the time to look it up, and both she and Ms McCoy did everything they could to help my son manage his anxiety about giving blood. I highly recommend these two ladies.
