I had a fantastic experience at this LabCorp location! The receptionist at the time, Ms Tysinger, was incredibly helpful in checking if my 12-year-old could give the amount of blood requested. She took the time to look it up, and both she and Ms McCoy did everything they could to help my son manage his anxiety about giving blood. I highly recommend these two ladies. This is a strange office. Only 2 people working, the receptionist and the phlebotomist. The receptionist was nice, the phlebotomist was really rude. They have you enter the back office through the receptionist area for some reason, even though there is a patient door. The whole thing seems very back alley and sketchy.

the staff at the front desk and manager were very nice and helpful. however, the new phlebotomy tech does not know what she is doing. she should be retrained before drawing any more patients. didn’t ask if I had any allergies so I informed her of my latex allergy and she said no products were made with latex but they were. she then tried to proceed to draw my labs without changing her gloves. she missed my whole vein entirely the first stick, she was no where near my vein at all and stuck the entire needle portion in my arm.... read more

I went to this location because all the others had abysmal reviews. I didn't have an appointment and was prepared to wait for an hour or two, but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The woman drawing my blood was quick and skilled and it was practically painless. I'd choose this location again if I need labs done in the future.

Keisha is a gem. Shame on management for leaving her to work alone. She handles the overload with kindness while many would be grumpy and short. So, in addition to fantastic "bedside " manner she got my blood easily despite my difficult veins. I'll gladly drive farther to this location for excellent customer service and top notch phlebotomy! Need a bigger sign!! Depending on which direction you're coming it is right after the chicken restaurant or right before it. Very easy to miss.
