I'm sitting here 30 minutes later and fuming. There are 2 people in the back who are supposed to be working but only 1 person is working. How do I know this? I went to the bathroom and saw one lab tech hanging in the office of the other just chatting away. I then inquired at the front desk as to how many techs were working and she confirmed 2. I inquired as to why only 1 was coming out to call patients????? She gave me her supervisor's name and number who I will be calling. This is not right! Everyone's time is valuable!!
The altamonte springs office is terrible. Sent the same document 10 different times and they still say the don't have it. They are incredibly rude, (blamed me for them not receiving the paperwork) disrespectful and all around a terrible experience. Go to any other blood work place just not here.
Most techs are good but the bad ones will blow out your veins! Happened to me twice!!!
