Friendly, and excellent customer service, overall.
Three workers sitting around laughing. They could have asked what I needed before I went through the whole update on the checkin screen. That isn’t what I needed to do at all. It was a bit off-putting. But otherwise the process was simple enough. I am neurodivergent, and staff should always reach out helpfully when people arrive at the lab.
Come here if you don’t want to use your hand anymore. I was here about 3 weeks ago and until now I feel numbness in my hand and it’s not functioning as it used to be. I was asked if it is ok for a student to draw my blood. Unfortunately I agree thinking that this is a professional place and they wouldn’t hire a student that doesn’t know how to do it.
