Front office gives the impression that they are some how doing the patient a favor. What a waste of my time.
My mother had an appointment with this facility yesterday morning. She had a horrible experience with the front desk receptionist. She was extremely rude and unprofessional towards my mother. She needs to be fired!!!
No hours are advertised on the internet the document I received stated they were open from 9 to 3 . You find out when you get there after driving 15 miles they don't do drug screening between 11 and 1 .
