Phlebotomist was not wearing mask so that it covered her nose when I went for bloodwork today. I asked her twice to pull her mask up, she said it was up. So instead of having this woman stick me with a needle I asked for my paperwork back. Kicker - she then told me I shouldn’t have come there. I will never return, so she’s getting her wish. 😂 STAY AWAY!

So far in standing outside of a locked door in the hallway. They "open" at 8. It's after 8 now...no sign of life. It's irritating
